*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.

I have ordered stone crab claws from you several times. They have always been excellent.
Claws arrived still frozen. We stuck them in the freezer overnight and thawed them the next day. They were fresh and delicious. My wife and I go tto the Keys every winter and stone crab is one of our favorites. These definitely did not disappoint.

Crab claws are delicious but I was hoping that they would be cut so I didn't have to use the mellet because my mother is elderly and she can't do that and she loves your seafood that I have ordered. Hopefully if we get more from you the closet are cuts so we just have to snap them open and I use the mallet. Thank you again. Delicious!
