Malcolm Kantzler I ordered a $200 gift card, but there was no way to designate the recipient, so I entered the intended recipient's information in the comment box, and I followed up with calls and e-mail to make sure the notice e-mail of the gift wopuld be sent to the recipient. The person in charge wasn't available, so I left two e-mails and never had a reply. This remains an open issue and I'll be calling again to make sure the recipient receives the proper use e-mail and to "suggest" that the web order form include the appropriate space to enter gift recipient information so this call- and e-mail-follow-up fail process isn't necessary.
