Conch comes from the shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. We tenderize the conch using a meat tenderizer to soften the conch's firm meat & expose it's full flavor. It can be fried or sautéed.

So sorry. I looked into your order and it does seem like UPS was not able to deliver. They made an attempts and finally returned the shipment. I am not sure why because they do not provide a reason. We sincerely apologize.
