*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.

We give high marks on the freshness of your stone crabs. We live in Santa Fe New Mexico a world away from the Keys and the crabs are as fresh and delicious as when we lived there. Will be buying more in the future.
Arrived perfectly chilled and ready to eat . We stored them for a day in the fridge and then steam warmed them as my wife prefers it that way . They were Great , perfect texture and taste . If they are this good out by of season , I cant wait to order during the next season . Shopped around and found this to be the best quality and reasonable shipping fees . You guys are selling great product and not trying to gouge the shipping like others do. Keep it up , we shall return.
I was disappointed in my variety pack order. The stone crab arrived spoiled and smelling/tasting like ammonia. Not fresh at all.
