*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.Â

Last time I was in the keys we stayed close to KLF and could ride bikes over- we had fresh fish the whole time - and getting stone crabs up north is a treat. Just ordered more and added a few items .

I ordered some medium stone crab claws with mustard dipping sauce from Key Largo Fisheries and was surprised at taste and freshness of crab claws. They were excellent and shipping was quick.
