*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.

Ive ordered many times with perfect results, this time the crab was not fresh and watery, like it had been previously frozen.
This was the second time we ordered therm. The first time they were excellent. This time all of the meat stuck to the shell.
The key lime tarts were crushed when I opened the shipment. Otherwise everything was aok.
Actually, I’m glad you wrote and asked because I was disappointed with my last delivery with the size of the crabs although they were delicious. They weren’t the size that I had ordered or was expecting. Thank you for asking.
