A local’s favorite! Conch fritters are made with conch meat, minced vegetables and a variety of seasoning combined in a savory batter. Similar to a hush puppy but with a Keysie twist of flavors.
To prepare; use a teaspoon, scoop it out, drop in hot oil, & fry until golden brown. Test to make sure they are cooked all the way through with a tooth pick. Serve with our freshy made cocktail sauce.
Our 1lb. container of Conch Fritter Mix will make about 16 bite size fritters.

Mike Kelley To suggestions, the first is you might want to consider some cooking instructions with it. Second suggestion would be maybe a little garlic powder mixed in with the mix cause it’s very very bland. Other than that no problem. They’re really good. I added the garlic turned out great. Yes I know you had cooking instructions on the on. The label certainly will buy again.
