Fresh, delicious and the best part not frozen in a 5 or 10 pound block of ice!!! The conch comes in small pouches containing 4 steaks each allowing super easy thawing in small portions!! The conch arrived really fast, and on-time and was expertly packed to stay frozen. I will definitely order more conch and will also try their fish and other seafood as well.
