A local’s favorite! Conch fritters are made with conch meat, minced vegetables and a variety of seasoning combined in a savory batter. Similar to a hush puppy but with a Keysie twist of flavors.
To prepare; use a teaspoon, scoop it out, drop in hot oil, & fry until golden brown. Test to make sure they are cooked all the way through with a tooth pick. Serve with our freshy made cocktail sauce.
