Our frozen Spiny Lobster Tails are sold by the 10lb. box with 16-32 tails per box (depending on size). Choose between 5oz-6oz tails, or 6-7oz tails.
This is a great option when you're looking to stock up on our spiny lobster tails. Our spiny lobster tails are flash frozen at the peak of freshness, this preserves the lobster's great taste & texture. Frozen lobster tails can be kept in your freezer for up to 6 months.
Unlike Maine lobster, Spiny Lobster house most of their meat in their tail. The meat is firm in texture and sweet to the taste.
Once thawed, the lobster tails can be boiled for about 12 minutes, depending on the size. Lobster meat is versatile; the tails can be baked, broiled, fried, or grilled! Dip the tails in a garlic butter sauce, eat them plain, or add them into any dish to make it a dining masterpiece.

I was a little disappointed when I went to place my first order of 10 lb box of lobster tails only because my preference was the 9 to 10 oz tails were not available so I settled for the 6 to 7 oz tail which was all that was available. With that said the smaller tails were fantastic in flavor and texture we are enjoying them. Next time I will wait and get the larger ones as we prefer them.
Please let me know if there is any promotions on the 10 lb boxes on the larger tails as I would be interested in getting more.
My order arrived on time. Holiday pack with stone crab claws and FRESH lobster. Tails were Frozen solid. Advertised as fresh. Called and was told that's the way they come. From where? How long ago? Ended up being tough with little taste.
Sorry for your experience. All of our lobster come to our dock fresh almost daily. Our lobster are shipped out so often that we don't usually have anything but fresh. Just because they are flash frozen does not mean they are not fresh. With proper thawing and preparation, there should be no loss in quality. I am sorry that you were not satisfied, but assure you our lobster is fresh. Please send me an email and let me konw what we can do.

This is the second #10 box of lobster's that I have bought, excellent condition and were tasty, will be buying more in the future, Thanks Key Largo Fisheries.
We are very happy with our purchase of the lobster tails. They are delicious. This weekend we will make a paella and invite our family to enjoy.
