Our frozen Florida Lobster Tails are sold by the 10lb. box with 16-32 tails per box (depending on size). Choose between 5oz-6oz tails, or 6-7oz tails.
This is a great option when you're looking to stock up on our Florida lobster tails. Our lobster tails are flash frozen at the peak of freshness, this preserves the lobster's great taste & texture. Frozen lobster tails can be kept in your freezer for up to 6 months.
Unlike Maine lobster, Florida Spiny Lobster house most of their meat in their tail. The meat is firm in texture and sweet to the taste.
Once thawed, the lobster tails can be boiled for about 12 minutes, depending on the size. Lobster meat is versatile; the tails can be baked, broiled, fried, or grilled! Dip the tails in a garlic butter sauce, eat them plain, or add them into any dish to make it a dining masterpiece.

We are very happy with our purchase of the lobster tails. They are delicious. This weekend we will make a paella and invite our family to enjoy.
It turned out to be 28 tails, as they were all pretty good size. We had some hick ups with the UPS delivery but a call from Key Largo Fisheries got them here while still frozen.
