Key Lime Tart

I travel to the FL. Keys almost every other week. Fishing is my passion and by living in Miami, I have an easy access to the finest all around fishing in the world. (Note: Yes- I have fished all over the world trying to find the best "fishing hole" in the world!), so I feel that I am able to make this statement. Dessert is always a slice of Key Lime Pie. I have found the Keys Fishery Key Lime Pie, to me, has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness plus the finest tasting graham cracker crust I have ever eaten. Try one piece and you will be "smitten"!. Taste is like an odor, in order to describe it properly, you have to experience it! Try this pie and it will blow away any other "Key Lime" imitator you may have eaten!
