Unlike Maine lobster, Florida Spiny Lobster house most of their meat in their tail. The meat is firm in texture and sweet to the taste.
Lobster season runs from August to the end of March. The price is for a fresh single tail.
Lobster meat is versatile; it can be boiled, baked, broiled, fried, or grilled. The tail can be dipped in a garlic butter sauce, eaten plain, or added into any dish to make it a dining masterpiece.
Our lobster tails are harvested fresh, & shipped out to you the next day. Depending on availability of fresh lobster as the season nears the end, freshly frozen lobster tails will be shipped.
Fresh Lobsters should be cooked or frozen within 24 hours after receiving, this prevents the meat from becoming dark. Frozen lobster tails can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw under refrigeration for the best quality.

Purchased four (4) of your 9 - 10 oz warm water tails for this past Thanxgiving dinner in lieu of the more traditional bird. We were not disappointed in the least! Wife & I enjoyed these tails bathed in our own garlic infused butter accompanied by some of Korbels finest! Lobsters arrived frozen and on-time as promised, and were some of the best (for the $$) tails we've had in a very loong time......
I ordered 10 of the 9 to 10 oz lobster tails but four of them were only about 7 oz. The lobster tails are always fresh but I paid for 9 to 10 oz lobster tails and if they were going to put in some smaller ones they should have thrown in an extra tail for that money.
For the last 2 years, we have done Keys lobster from Key Largo Fisheries instead of turkey. Once again, our choice did not disappoint. The lobster was DELICIOUS- and soooo much less fuss than a whole turkey. Paired with some tropical sides and a key lime pie for dessert, the whole family looks forward to this meal as we face a cold Ohio day. Thank you!
