Key Largo Fisheries, a local legend.
Key Largo Fisheries has provided quality, sustainable seafood since 1972. With a lobster fishing background, what Jack and Dottie Hill started as a small fishery for local fishermen to sell their catches, has blossomed into the “go to” destination for locals and tourists to enjoy the freshest, most amazing seafood. And, four generations later, the Hill family still owns and operates this landmark.
Meet The Matriarch Mrs. Dottie Hill
In 1972, Jack and Dottie Hill, along with their two sons, Tom and Rick (and a pick-up truck) began the fledgling business “Jack Hill Bait and Seafood.” By 1976, it had grown into a solvent corporation renamed “Key Largo Fisheries, INC.” Key Largo Fisheries is located in the middle of Key Largo, surrounded by the emerald green waters of the Florida Keys.
